I found this very powerful - I do think we have institutional rascism here in the UK which goes back centuries and is embedded at the heart of many organisations. The pandemic has made that so clear too. How can a white person living in a white dominated society even begin to perceive the experience of another with a different skin tone. How do we change it? Recognition is the first real step and we've not even made that step yet.
