It’s 2021! And phew, what a wealth of lessons and learnings 2020 brought along. I feel lucky to have made it through to the other side without, so far, any illness or Covid19 in my immediate family. However, as the new year is here and we all have to still hunker down as the UK enters Lockdown 3 and more countries are doing the same.

Therefore some of stories this month will cover social media hints and tips to get you thinking about how to use platforms a little more intelligently and effectively.

This week it’s Twitter. I love Twitter, known as the text service of social media; short messages and it’s quick.

Whether you’re just starting out with a brand new Twitter account or have been tasked with growing an account for a well-established brand, it’s never a bad idea to learn some new tips and tricks to set yourself up for ‘tweet’ success.

That’s why I have decided to compile a list of tips and facts in order for you to avoid embarrassing Twitter fails, help you filter out the rubbish and some inside hints to get you on the right track — I have got you covered.
