Jose Ucar transforms how leaders and organisations communicate across cultures. His journey into international communication began in Sweden at age 16, laying the foundation for what would become a career in helping others bridge cultural divides.
He’s spent over a decade working with businesses like Procter & Gamble and SEAT-CUPRA. His work with SEAT-CUPRA has lead him to be invited to Barcelona four times since 2022, most recently in August and September 2024, where he helps their leadership team master public speaking for major vehicle launches.
Jose goes beyond traditional communication training.
He helps business leaders uncover hidden barriers to effective communication, build environments of trust, respect, and high performance. His unique perspective, expressed in both English and Spanish, helps audiences discover untapped potential and embrace new pathways to success.
