Danielle Holmes has become an important figure in the world of IT and business in the South West of the UK, although she might not have thought she would be just a few years ago. She’s now the co-owner and driving force behind Black Nova Designs, a Wiltshire-based website design and IT support company, but her journey from tech novice to digital expert shows her determination, passion for learning, and entrepreneurial spirit.
With a background in bookkeeping, there was nothing conventional or predictable about Danielle getting into tech. She says she was the one who used to call IT support all the time in her previous roles, making her transformation into a tech industry leader even more unlikely.
However today, that need to ask the most basic tech questions has paved the way to success as many clients and contacts find her so relatable. She understands that tech is vital, necessary yet can be so frustrating!
